In order to achieve the above purpose and mandate, CSTC will deliver the following:

• 1) Organize management training programmes, conferences, workshops and seminars in functional and generic courses for various classes of personnel in the civil and public services
• 2) Run Competency-based training for Civil Servants
• 3) Conduct graduate entry examination for new recruits in the Civil Service
• 4) Organize Competency- based examination for Officers in the Civil Service
• 5) Run Induction Course for new recruits in the service
• 6) Provide tailor-made courses for institutions on request
• 7) Provide advisory services in employee training and capacity building
